Getting Started:
Review the Targeted Direct Mail Brochure for pricing and additional details. Fill out the New Client Information form and submit to Visionary Resources. A representative will contact you to enter your order and answer any questions you may have about the program. Please use the Excel Database Template to submit the necessary patient information.
